Jeff Brennan - Managing Partner

Jeff is one of the founding partners of Chicago Doorways and has more than 15 years experience in the industry. Coming from a sales background Jeff enjoys visiting customers and jobsites whenever possible. He specializes in retrofit work and enjoys the challenges associated with these types of projects. Some of Jeff�s hobbies include golfing and boating.

Richard Ochandategui - General Manager

Rick joined Chicago Doorways in 2001 and was one of the first employees ever hired by the company. Since then he has greatly contributed to the growth & success of Chicago Doorways. Rick has over 13 years experience in the industry and has worn many hats for the company since he started. He is a skilled project manager and is known for excellent customer service and his friendly demeanor. In his free time Rick enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with his family.

Barry Swidler AHC - Lead Estimator

In early 2007 Barry joined Chicago Doorways. He has over 23 years of experience including management of several multi million dollar projects such as the McCormick Place West Building, University of Illinois at Chicago Dormitory Tower, and two Westin Hotels. Aside from being a certified Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC), Barry takes pride in his knowledge and accuracy estimating jobs and is known for his outstanding customer service. One of Barry�s hobbies is playing poker online. Barry also loves bowling and spending time with his family.

Bob Weiss - Estimator

Bob joined Chicago Doorways in March 2010. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and excellent customer relation skills. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, camping, wood working, plastic modeling, sailing and going to the movies with family and friends.

In early 2011, Bill joined Chicago Doorways as one of our outside sales representatives. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has an outstanding personality and strong attention to detail. He has excellent customer service skills and treats each customer with the up most respect. He enjoys working out, sporting activities and going to concerts.

Frank Orozen - Sr. Project Manager

Frank was hired by Chicago Doorways in late 2007 as a project manager. He has over 20 years experience in the door industry and is especially skilled at engineering jobs and coordinating hardware. Frank is an avid Cubs fan and enjoys live music. Frank also loves to go kayaking with his son.

In Jeff's spare time he enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife and children.

Dawn Chana - Accounting Manager

Dawn joined Chicago Doorways in late 2011. She has over 15 years experience in the accounting field. She handles many day to day office functions including accounts payable, receivables and waiver requests. She manages many other administrative tasks that help keep the office functioning in an orderly manner. She enjoys spending time with her two boys that keep her very active.

Steve Hess - Warehouse / Shop Manager

Steve brings 15 years experience to our Chicago Doorways team. Steve's experience and leadership skills make him a true asset to Chicago Doorways. Steve will oversee the operations of our warehouse and warehouse staff. Steve's main focus will be making sure the warehouse runs in an organized and efficient manner. Steve has many hobbies outside of work some of which include softball, bowling and poker. Steve and his wife Amy also have two beautiful Siamese cats that they pamper.
